In 2017, Bob, his wife Sarah, and their four kids relocated to Charlotte, NC, where he became a respected expert in the commercial building services community. He’s also a baseball coach, cook, and songwriter who believes business should feel personal.
He launched RCC Merchant Solutions to bring honest, local support to an industry that often feels impersonal and corporate. Today, our team helps businesses across Charlotte, Concord, Huntersville, Matthews, Mint Hill, Mount Holly, Belmont, and nationally.
